Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications using business requirements.
• Understanding business drivers that will impact performance and deliver software that meets those expectations.
• Incorporating technology trends into solutions, participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies, and integrating them into existing solutions.
• Handling incident resolution and support extended to customers through various means such as voice interaction, email, chat, and remote support.

• Multi-disciplinary and versatile, with an aptitude to learn and apply new skills quickly.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
• Experience or knowledge in configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
• Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development.
• Knowledge and development experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Test automation engineering skills, including creating test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Application of business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to meet the overall test objectives.
• Responsibility for designing testing scenarios for usability testing and preparing all related reports.
• Analyzing test results and submitting observations to the development team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a degree in any engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT) with the year of pass-out being 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
• The degree must have been completed within the stipulated duration without any gaps (e.g., B.Tech must be completed in 4 years or M.Tech/MSc in 2 years).
• Only the highest educational qualification will be considered.
• Candidates should not have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
• Candidates should have no more than 11 months of experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in India, either by citizenship or by holding relevant work permit documents. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for a work visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
• Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
• Willingness to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India.
