Operating Systems Knowledge: A working understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems is required to support various business operations.

Meeting Service Desk Goals: You’ll be responsible for meeting key performance metrics such as Response and Resolution SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
